Rental Rates stated above includes Daily Housekeeping, in-room LCD TV, Utilities, AC and all Facilities. Complimentary WiFi Internet connection

1.Student is required to pay a one-time administrative fee S$100.00 (non-refundable).

2.one month's rental as a deposit.

Cancellation policy:

1)There shall be no refund of deposit made if cancellation of reservation is made less than 14 days in advance.

2)All rates stipulated herein are based on per person per month and are inclusive of prevailing Government Tax.
